Minutes of Annual General meeting held on 2 March 2024

at New Lynn Friendship club hall,

3063 New North Road, New Lynn, Auckland.

First Half


  1. Meeting was started at 10.00am.
  2. Shri Kiritbhai Thaker started meeting with his welcome speech and safety rules for the members.
  3. Rasmikaben and Ladies group made a prayer.
  4. Shri Kantibhai Patel announce picnic venue and details for March 2024 at Manly beach.
  5. Shri Rameshbhai Patel conducted a yoga session and all members participate in it.
  6. Shri Dhansukhbhai sang beautifully a Bollywood song,
  7. Shri Kantibhai and Shri Tejas Patel of youth wing announce and provide full details of a cricket camp cum picnic for 24/3/2024 at Keith Hays Park, Auckland.
  8. Nilimaben Upadhyay read her own Kavya Vanchan and members enjoyed it.
  9. Shri Dilipbhai Thakkar sang a Bollywood song.
  10. Shri Kishorbhai Desai entertain members with jokes and all members enjoy it.
  11. Ladies group perform on Holi Song very well. All members appreciate and enjoy the same.
  12. Our invited guest from Sydney Shri P P Samanji deliver very good and meaningful lecture on Mental Health. All members listen it carefully with pin drop silence and appreciate samaj for inviting such speaker.


    Second Half


    1. Shri Kiritbhai Thaker deliver his presidential speech and share his experience at India
    2. Members enjoyed 50th Marriage anniversary of Smt. Saraswatiben Patel. Bouquet of flowers was delivered by Shri to her.
    3. Members enjoyed Birthdays of members for March month.
    4. Shri Sureshbhai Trivedi was honoured with a shawl by Smt. Varshaben Patel @ his 80th Birth Anniversary.
    5. Shri Kiritbhai appreciate and convey thanks for donation given by other members during the meeting.
    6. Shri Bhikhubhai Patel chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch.The food comprise of Puri-Tindola-Bataka shak,Bhat-Dall, and Gulabjamun.
    7. All members left hall around 2.00 pm
    8. Cleaners has clean the utensils and hall and committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.30 pm after locking the hall.
