Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards

The theme of this meeting was Holi celebration and Women’s Day.

1. Meeting was started at 10.00am.
2. Shri Bhariben Patel started meeting with a welcome speech and informed members about safety rules for the members followed by prayer by ladies’ group.
3. One minutes silence observed for our past EC member late Shri Jitendra Bhai Bhatt.
4. Smt. Jaswantiben Patel (97 years old), our life member gave an inspiring speech @womens day. Her family members had also joined her. 
5. All members enjoyed celebration of members birthday which falls in March 2026. All members sang birthday song jointly for these members. 50th marriage anniversary of Shri Dilipbhai and Smt. Mayaben Thakkar was also celebrated with offering bouquet by Shri Amarsinhbhai Rathod. Shri Dilipbhai sang beautiful song on this occasion.
6. 80th Birthday for Shri Nayanbhai Mistry and Shri Dharmendrabhai Mehta also celebrated by honouring with Shawl by Shri Chunibhai Mehta. 
7. A beautiful Kathak dance was performed by Nivedita Karsaha, and it was enjoyed by all members.
8. A solo dance performance made by Smt. Bhartiben Patel. Members enjoyed it well.
9. Smt. Pragnaben Trivedi also sang Bollywood song beautifully. All members enjoyed well.
10. A short family drama on Sasu-Vahu beautifully performed by our life member Smt. Kusumben Patel, Smt. Anjanaben Tailor and Smt. Taraben Patel. All members enjoyed this drama.
11. Shri Dharmendrabhai also sang beautifully Holi song which enjoyed by all members.
12. Shri Kishorbhai Desai gave his speech on Hanuman Chalisa and provide good knowledge on that to the members.
13. Smt. Purnimaben Mody and Smt. Sudhaben Rathod also gave speech @ women’s day and provide information to the members that how women are performing important role in our day to day life.
14. Shri Pankajbhai inform members about BHOJAN Vyavastha of today’s meeting and announce sweet and Farsan sponsors name.
15. Member enjoyed Holi festival celebration in a big way.
16. Shri Yogendrabhai Adhvaryu chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch at 1 pm.
17. During celebration of Holi festival, Shri Nayanbhai, Smt. Bhartiben Mistry, Shri Atulbhai, Smt. Bhartiben Chauhan and few others came near the stage and insisted to give 5 minutes to speak and address to the members. They also insisted hard to stop the celebration and permit them to speak. This was denied as no prior information was provided and it was lunch time and members waiting for lunch. Then Shri Nayanbhai threatened the EC members present there including President that he will take EC members to the court.    

All members enjoyed a lot in this meeting as it was full of entertainment and information.

The food comprised of Puri- Undhiyu, Dal-Bhat, and a sweet and Farsan.

All members left hall around 1.30 pm.  

Cleaners cleaned the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.00 pm after locking the hall.
