Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards
The theme of this meeting was New year & Republic Day.
- Meeting was started at 10.00am.
- Shri Bharatbhai Parikh started meeting with his welcome speech and inform members about safety rules for the members followed by prayer by Urmilaben and ladies’ group.
One minute silence was observed for Late Shri Satishbhai M Patel.
- Shri Vinodbhai Sang beautifully one patriotic song
- Smt. Urmilaben and group made a dance performance, and all members enjoyed it well.
- All members enjoy celebration of members birthday falls in January 2026. Shri Jasubhai sang birthday song.
- Shri Kaushikbhai again in this meeting provided brief idea about adoption of new constitution and its implementation. He also informed members that now since our new constitution is registered and approved with Charities we all members of samaj will follow new constitution. He also announced that a new $15000 fixed deposit will be made from our account.
- Shri Panjkajbhai Parikh informed members about revised BHOJAN Vyavastha of today’s meeting and thanked the sponsor family of late Shri Satisbhai Patel for the sweet and Farsan.
- Shri Vijaybhai provided January 2026 picnic details and inform members that Committee is planning to organise 2 nights 3 days picnic on 20th to 22nd February 2026.He request members to register their names ASAP so that arrangements can be made.
- Shri Sureshbhai and Smt. Hemanginiben performed on Bollywood song.
- Shri Jashubhai, Dhansukhbhai, Dinesh Sheth and Smt. Pragnaben Trivedi sang Bollywood songs beautifully and all enjoy them. All songs related to new year and Republic Day celebration.
- Smt. Ilaben Desai also performed nicely on Bollywood song.
- Member enjoyed Republic Day and new year celebration in a big way.
- Smt. Urmilaben Patel gave an emotional speech and then resign as a Executive committee member as she is going to India and will return in May 2026.
- Shri Bhikhubhai Patel chanted Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch at 1 pm.
All members enjoyed a lot in this meeting as it was full of entertainment and information.
The food comprised of Puri- Shak, Dal-Bhat and Ladu and khaman.
All members left hall around 1.40 pm.
Cleaners cleaned the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.30 pm after locking the hall.
