Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards
The theme of this meeting was Shivaratri and Valentine Day.
- Meeting was started at 10.00am. There were 2 ladies EC members managed anchoring for the first time namely by Smt Ranjana Gauri Lodhia and Smt. Bhartiben Patel.
- Smt. Ranjana Gauri started meeting with her welcome speech and informed the members about safety rules followed by prayer by ladies’ group.
- One minutes silence observed for our Life member late Shri Laxmiprasad U. Jani.
- Smt. Sarojben Patel performed Shiva dance @ Shiv Ratri. All members enjoyed it well.
- All members celebrated the birthdays of members whose birthdays happen to be in February 2026. All members sang birthday song jointly for these members.
- A beautiful Kathak dance was performed by Nivedita Karsaha and it was enjoyed by all members.
- A solo dance performance made by Smt. Purnimaben Mody. Members enjoyed it well.
- Smt. Taraben And Shri Maheshbhai Patel also performed well on Bollywood song beautifully. All members enjoyed well.
- Shri Vinodbhai and Smt. Sobhaben Sangani sang ‘Gujarati Prabhatiya’.
- Shri Dharmendrabhai also sang beautifully Holi song which was enjoyed by all members.
- Shri Kishorbhai Desai gave his comedy speech which was also enjoyed by all members.
- Shri Pankajbhai inform members about BHOJAN Vyavastha of today’s meeting and announced Sweet and Farsan sponsors’ name.
- Member enjoyed Holi festival celebration in a big way.
- Shri Yogendrabhai Adhvaryu chanted Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch at 1 pm.
All members enjoyed a lot in this meeting as it was full of entertainment and information.
The food comprised of Puri- Shak, Dal-Bhat. A Mango delight was prepared by EC member Shri Archit Desai and all member enjoyed it well.
All members left hall around 1.30 pm.
Cleaners cleaned the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.00 pm after locking the hall.
