Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards

The theme of this meeting was Ram Navami and Chaitri Navratri festival.

  1. Meeting was started at 10.00am.
  2. Smt. Bhartiben Patel started meeting with his welcome speech and inform members about safety rules for the members followed by prayer by ladies’ group.
  3. One minutes silence observed for our past member late Shri Nanubhai Dullabh.
  4. Shri Purshottambhai Merai sang beautiful Bollywood song. 
  5. Shri Dilipbhai sang beautiful Bollywood song.
  6. All members enjoy celebration of members birthday falls in April 2026. All members sang birthday song jointly for these members. Shri Ashokbhai Shah was honoured with shawl @ his 80th Birthday by Shri Dharmendrabhai Mehta.
  7. Shri Bharatbhai (Secretary) announced and informed members in absence of President Shri Kaushikbhai that this year AGM will be held on 6th June 2026 as Final accounts cant be ready due to short of time. He also announced that election of our executive member will be held with AGM on 6th June 2026 and then he introduced Shri Nanjibhai Anjara as a Election Officer. All members welcomed him.
  8. A beautiful dance was performed by Ms. Krupa Bhindi @ Ramanavami and it was enjoyed by all members.
  9. 2 songs sang by guest invitee Smt. Lilaben Patel All members enjoyed it well
  10. Shri Dhansukhbhai also sang beautifully song which enjoyed by all members.
  11. All members performed garba and then Aarti @ Chaitri Navratri for nearly 1 hour.
  12. Shri Pankajbhai inform members about BHOJAN Vyavastha of today’s meeting and announce sweet (Gulab jamun)  sponsors name.
  13. Shri Yogendrabhai Adhvaryu chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch at 1 pm.

 

All members enjoyed a lot in this meeting as it was full of entertainment and information.

The food comprised of Puri- Shak, Dal-Bhat, and a sweet Gulab jamun sponsor by Shri Ashokbhai Shah.

All members left hall around 1.30 pm.  

Cleaners cleaned the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.00 pm after locking the hall.
