Cold-drink and juice were made available to all members from 10.00 am onwards
- Meeting was started at 10.15am.
- Smt. Dharti and Shri Chirag (MC of this event) welcome all members and inform them about safety rules/procedures and evacuation process to follow in case of emergency.
- Prayer was song by senior ladies
- President Shri Kaushikbhai was invited on stage by MC for his speech.
- Shri Kaushikbhai, President, made some important announcement regarding today’s event @Diwali Sneh Milan celebration.
- Shri Chirag invited Shri Bipin Lekinwala, President of Tailor Samaj who inform the members of forthcoming Lagna Mela for Gujarati young Boys and girls.
- Senior ladies members performed a very good dance on the Gujarati song. All members enjoyed this.
- Birthday Celebrated for the senior members whose birthday falls in October 2025 and Kids Birthday was also celebrated by giving them chocolates
- Kathak Dance was performed by Yuva member and it was enjoyed and appreciated by all members present.
- A Gujarati folk dance song was sung by children of Yuva member very nicely. All members enjoyed and appreciated this young boy and girl as it was very difficult song to sing. Both wore traditional dress of Gujarat.
- Yuva members played an interactive game. Members from among audience were invited at random and were asked to taste some Indian traditional sweet dishes blind-folded and identify the dish. Winners were awarded with gifts.
- All members enjoyed Tulsi Vivah performance with joy and spirit. Lagna Geet (Marriage songs) were sung by two group of ladies. Many seniors joined in this event and Most of the members enjoyed it.
- Lunch was started simultaneously along with meet and greet of the members @ Diwali and coming New Year.
- All members enjoyed delicious lunch organised by youth team. Youth team members served the food to all members.
All members left hall around 1.30 pm. Cleaners has clean the hall and volunteers left the hall at 2.30 pm after locking the hall.
