AGENDA OF THE MEETING
Agenda of the meeting was as under:
- Meeting was started at 10.00am.
- Shri Kaushikbhai(president) started meeting with his welcome speech.
- Urmilaben Patel gives safety rules for the members followed by prayer.
- Shri Kaushikbhai call newly enrolled 8 members for their introduction.
- Shri Kaushikbhai gave his president speech providing details of funding application and updates on reconstitution process.
- 80th Birthday of Shri Jaykishanbhai Tailor and Smt. Gayatriben Trivedi were celebrated by giving her shawl by Shri Purshottambhai Tailor and Smt. Kokilaben Dave respecrively.
- Birthday of 20 members whose birthday falls in the month of June were celebrated. Jasubhai sang a birthday song and all members joined it and enjoy.
- Shri Shaileshbhai Waghela sang a song beautifully. All members enjoyed it and appreciate.
- Smt. Ranjana Gouri performed dance @ Mother’s Day. All member enjoyed it and appreciate.
- Special invitee Smt. Dr. Nilimaben Upadhyay performed with her group excellently for 25 minutes which was appreciated by all members by giving her standing audition. It was full of entertainment.
- Shri Dilip Thakkar also sang a Bollywood song.
- Shri Dineshbhai also sang a song beautifully\
- Shri Bhikhubhai Patel chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch. The food comprised of Puri-flower potato shak, Dal – Bhat and Barfi as a sweet (sponsored by Shri Pankajbhai Parikh. Special Ekadasi food was also provide to 40 members who have Ekadasi fasting.
All members left hall around 1.30 pm
Cleaners has clean the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.00 pm after locking the hall.
