Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards



  1. Meeting was started at 10.00am.
  2. Shri Kaushikbhai(president) started meeting with his welcome speech.
  3. Smt. Bhartiben Patel gives safety rules for the members followed by prayer.
  4. A tribute of 2 minutes silence was given to our life time member Late Shri Madhav Behere and another 2 past members Shri Narendrabhai Soni and Smt. Vimlaben.
  5. Shri Kaushikbhai call newly enrolled 3 members for their introduction.
  6. Shri Kaushikbhai gave his president speech providing details of funding application and updates on progress of reconstitution process. He also informed members that there is a clearance received from lottery grant commission regarding $808 entry which was objected by some members during AGM and hence we have not to refund any amount to Lottery grant and now our final accounts report is available on our web site and it is also provided to Charity Office.
  7. Birthday of 20 members whose birthday falls in the month of July were celebrated. Jasubhai sang a birthday song and all members joined it and enjoy.
  8. 11 ladies members performed fashion show/cat walk which was superb and appreciated by all members with great clapping.
  9. Indian Consulate Shri Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi and his wife was invited in this meeting and they were welcomed by President Shri Kaushikbhai Kansara with flower Bouquet He made question and answer with members and try his best to satisfied members queries. He left than after saying that full fledge Consulate office is working at queen’s street, Auckland and request members to enjoy all services relating to his office.
  10. Bajiranga group performed Kathak dance. All member enjoyed it and appreciate with big clapping.
  11. Shri Dineshbhai Shah sang a song beautifully. All members enjoyed it and appreciate.
  12. Shri Dilip Thakkar also sang a Bollywood song.
  13. Shri Vinodbhai and his wife Sobhnaben sang a song with performance beautifully.
  14. Shri Tribhovan Dod and Smt, Vandanaben Gujrati from Work and Income office of Ministry for Social Development, New Zealand was invited guest in this meeting to provide updates on super annuation and other related benefits available to public. He answered all questions of the members relating to super annuation. Members were very happy with this debate.
  15. Shri Bhikhubhai Patel chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch. The food comprised of Puri-flower potato shak, Dal – Bhat and Lapsi Fada as a sweet (sponsored by Shri Dineshbhai U Shah).



    All members left hall around 2.30 pm. 


    Cleaners has clean the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 3.00 pm after locking the hall.
