Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards.
The theme of this meeting was Christmas and New year celebration.
- Meeting started at 10.00am.
- Shri Bharatbhai Parikh started meeting with his welcome speech and inform members about safety rules for the members followed by prayer by ladies’ group.
- Khushali Jani conducted Yoga classes with our members. All the members joined in this Yoga session.
- Dr. Nilimaben Upadhyay gave very useful information on Gynaecological issues and suggested some remedies,
- All members enjoyed celebration of members birthday coming in December 2025. Shri Jasubhai sang birthday song.
- Shri Kaushikbhai provided brief idea about adoption process made after last month EOGM and implementation of new constitution. He also informed members that our new constitution is now registered with Charities and Samaj will now function according to the new reegistered constitution.
- Shri Ashokbhai inform members about revised BHOJAN Vyavastha of today’s meeting.
- Shri Vijaybhai provided December 2025 picnic details and inform members that Committee is planning to organise 2-night 3 days picnic in February 2026. He requested members to register their names ASAP so that arrangements can be made.
- Shri Sureshbhai and Smt. Hemanginiben performed on Bollywood song.
- Shri Jashubhai, Dhansukhbhai, Dinesh Sheth and Smt. Urmilaben sang Bollywood songs beautifully and all enjoyed them.
- Shri Kishorbhai also gave his humorous speech and make atmosphere light and comedy.
- Member enjoyed X-Mas celebration in a big way.
- Shri Bhikhubhai Patel chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch at 1 pm.
All members enjoyed a lot in this meeting as it was full of entertainment and information.
The food comprised of Puri- Punjabi Shak, Kadhi-pulao, and a sweet.
All members left hall around 1.45 pm.
Cleaners cleaned the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.00 pm after locking the hall.
