Tea and Biscuits were served to all members from 9.30am onwards
- Meeting commenced at 10.00am.
- Bharatbhai welcome all members and inform them about safety rules/procedures and evacuation process to follow in case of emergency.
- Two minutes silence was observed for deceased member Smt. Madhuben Ganatra.
- Nishita Ganatra & Adil Basha campaigned from the stage for their nomination for election of Trust licencing and Whau Local Board respectively. Shri Vinaybhai Mehta also invited all members for his upcoming show ‘AME GUJARATI’ and offer special discount of $5 for our members.
- Birthday Celebrated for the members whose birthday falls in September 2025 and 80th Birthday was also celebrated for Smt. Sarojben Jani and Smt. Kokilaben Dave offered her Shawl.
- Shri Ashokbhai Raval made important announcement regarding todays lunch arrangement.
- Shri Kaushikbhai, President, made some important announcement regarding todays event Navratri celebration. He also informed that new constitution draft is nearly ready and once it will be OK from lawyer than Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be announced to approve it and copy of Draft may be available on Web site for reference of all members.
- Smt. Sarojben Patel performed Mataji Stuti nicely.
- All members enjoyed Garba with joy and spirit. Aarti was done by all members one by one and Prasad was distributed.
- All members enjoyed delicious lunch.
- All members left hall around 1.30 pm.
Cleaners has clean the utensils and make hall clean then committee members and volunteers left the hall at 2.00 pm after locking the hall.
